Welcome to NorthStar Engineering

NorthStar Engineering is a multi-disciplinary engineering, land surveying, and environmental firm specializing in municipal infrastructure design, land development, onsite waste water systems, land surveying, environmental consulting, planning and development permit processing, and building design.   Established in Chico, California since 1983, we have a staff of 26 including land surveyors, civil engineers, environmental planners, biologists, technicians, GIS experts, LEED accredited professionals, and administrative personnel. 

Our engineers and surveyors are licensed in California, Oregon, and Nevada allowing us to assist our clients with projects in neighboring states.  Company principals have an average of 20 years in design and project management experience on projects throughout Northern California.
