Occupancy – The purpose for which a building or other structure, or part thereof, is used or intended to be used.
Occupiable Space – A room or enclosed space designed for human occupancy in which individuals congregate for amusement, educational or similar purposes or in which occupants are engaged at labor, and which is equipped with means of egress and light and ventilation facilities meeting the requirements of the code.
Oriented Strand Board – A mat-formed wood structural panel comprised of thin rectangular wood strands arranged in cross-aligned layers with surface layers normally arranged in the long panel direction and bonded with waterproof adhesive.
Owner – Any person, agent, firm or corporation having legal or equitable interest in the property. |
