What Will It Cost?

One of the most widely asked questions that we hear is "How much will your services cost?". Standard hourly charges have been established for every individual in the firm to provide compensation for the time involved in completing projects.

Based on this information, it is easy to see that time is money. In general, the longer it takes to a complete a project, the more it will cost. Before discussing costs further, it's important to have a clear understanding of what affects the amount of time required to complete our services. Though the standard hourly charges and timeframe are a large part of the equation, other factors include, but are not limited to:

     1.  Does the project have any expenses associated with it? (i.e. reproduction, 

          special mail, materials, mileage, etc.)

     2.  Will we be hiring any subcontractors to assist in the design services or will they

          be hired directly by the client?

     3.  Do the standard hourly charges change throughout the course of the project?

          They are subject to change without notice, though this typically only affects

          longer duration projects (as they are more likely to be in progress when the

          rates change).

     4.  How much communication / coordination does the client require from us in

          conjunction with our services?

Prior to beginning any phase of our services, we will provide you with a written proposal detailing a cost estimate for our services as well as an estimated timeframe to complete those services.
