New Construction
NorthStar designs have been the backbone of highly visible, community minded development projects throughout the northstate. Our experience has provided our clients with low maintenance and cost effective decentralized wastewater systems for developments ranging from a few to over a hundred lots. We employ some of the latest technologies (as well as tried and true methods) in providing our clients with sustainable treatment and dispersal solutions. Some of our recent designs have included Septic Tank Effluent Pump (S.T.E.P.) Systems, Textile Treatment Units, and Drip Dispersal.
Repair
In addition to NorthStar's experience designing new decentralized wastewater management solutions, our staff has been instrumental in repairing community systems when challenged by failures. A few of the technologies our staff has used to execute repairs for existing community systems include Textile Treatment Units and Aerobic Treatment Units.
Regulatory
In addition to our innovative and dedicated design staff, NorthStar has developed standing relationships with local and regional regulatory agencies, such as Butte County, the Town of Paradise, and the Regional Water Quality Control Board. Through these relationships NorthStar is able to provide our clients with superior service in navigating the regulatory maze associated with development projects involving decentralized wastewater management.
