Inspection of Residential and Commercial Buildings
NorthStar Engineering has provided insurance investigations for many national insurance companies. These structural investigations included residential homes, commercial buildings, bridges, retaining walls and other structures. These structures have been damaged by fire, wind, water, snow, earthquakes, foundation settlement, soil erosion, falling trees, explosions, vehicles, and construction defects.
NorthStar Engineering provides a written report for all insurance investigations. This report addresses the probable cause of damage. We can also provide repair plans for obtaining a building permit, if requested. All investigations and reports are prepared by licensed engineers. All reports will bear the stamp and signature of a Licensed Civil Engineer.
