Pacific West Communities
This project consisted of preparing, processing and recording a Lot Line Adjustment to acquire additional property and arrange property lines to facilitate the construction of low income housing rental facilities in the City of Orland. This project also required the preparation, processing and recordation of a Parcel Map to create the required parcel configuration to facilitate this project.
This project also required the preparation and processing of civil design plans for the required improvements along with multiple permits for State Highway improvements, State Highway right of way acquisition and irrigation lateral crossings.
