Park Forest Subdivision
The Park Forest Subdivision project consisted of preparing and processing a Tentative Subdivision Map. After the Tentative Subdivision Map was approved a Final Subdivision Map was prepared and processed through the City of Chico. The Final Subdivision Map was recorded at the County of Butte's Recorder's Office. This project included a Lot Line Adjustment to facilitate the design and layout of the new lots. The project also included right-of-way relinquishments along East 8th Street to match the new street improvements.
This project created 35 residential lots along with 3 lots for parks and common areas. It involved innovative lot layout and improvment designs. Northstar Engineering's Civil Department provided all improvement plans for the project.
