Porter Ranch
NorthStar Engineering was retained to provide a large scale topographic survey for the preparation of an environmental mitigation bank. The site contained approximately 357 acres which included a large drainage area. This site was surveyed using a GPS system mounted to a quad along with fill in by conventional methods where needed. The project also included the required onsite land surveying for the preparation of a plat and legal description to create a conservation easement for a Swainson’s Hawk habitat area.
