5-Star Mini Storage and Retail Facility, Clark Road, Paradise, CA.

Norhtstar prepared complete site development plans including wastewater collection, treatment, and dispersal, street improvement plans, storm drainage plans, and water distribution for this project. The wastewater system design included three ATU units treating wastewater from a laundry facility, restaurant, and retail space. Treated effluent is dispersed to alternating pressure dosed drainfields within the mini-storage complex all with remote monitoring capability.
