Our clients realize real cost savings by utilizing NorthStar Environmental  pre‐project planning. NorthStar Environmental has the ability to conduct preliminary or detailed assessments to identify opportunities and constraints to land development. By identifying natural resources and sensitive species early in the planning process, projects can be designed to avoid costly permitting and mitigation requirements. We regularly coordinate with staff from regulatory agencies, local governments, developments, engineers, land appraisers, and the real estate community to facilitate good communication for our clients.
