Our Design Philosophy
We strive to provide you with a design that is attractive and within your budget.
We have engineers on staff to assist with the structural design as your house takes shape. This helps you save money during construction, and time during the plan check process with the building department.
What We Will Provide for You
All of our plans are prepared with computer software, so the dimensions are precise and the plans are neat, and easy to modify. The software allows us to quickly modify your design ideas as needed to create your custom home. If you select us to design your home, we will be providing the following:
- Custom floor plan
- Dimension plan (may be combined with floor plan)
- Four exterior elevations
- Roof plan
- Section(s)
- Schematic electrical plan
In addition to building design, we can provide the following services:
- Energy calculations where required by jurisdiction
- Engineering when required
What We Will Need from You
In order to provide the best service possible, please fill out the Custom Home Design Questionnaire (You will need Adobe Reader). This will give us a better idea of the type of project you have, and will help us give you an estimate on our building design services.
