NorthStar has extensive experience designing and providing construction inspection for alternative OWTS's for single family homes. Whether your site is limited by high groundwater, poor soil conditions, or small lot size our experience allows us to provide clients with cost effective and reliable alternative treatment and dispersal systems. We employ some of the latest technologies (as well as tried and true methods) in providing our clients with effective treatment and dispersal solutions. Recent designs have included Textile Treatment Units, Bottomless Sand Filters, and Drip Dispersal System.
Repair
In addition to NorthStar's many years of experience designing new onsite wastewater treatment systems, our staff is well versed in the unique challenges presented when existing systems fail. A few of the technologies our staff have used to execute repairs include Textile Treatment Units, Bottomless Sand Filters, Drip Dispersal Systems, and Mound Systems.
Regulatory
NorthStar's knowledge of local regulatory policies and personnel are a valuable asset in steering alternative wastewater designs through the approval process. In fact, several of our staff have, and continue to be deeply involved in providing both technical and operational guidance for the management of onsite wastewater systems for Butte County and the Town of Paradise.
