This project consisted of preparing processing and recording a Parcel Map in Yuba City. A tentative parcel map was prepared and processed through the city departments. A boundary survey of the parcel boundary was completed and a final parcel map was prepared. This map was also processed through the city departments and recorded in the Sutter County Recorder’s Office.
This project also included the preparation and processing of civil design plans for the commercial site and offsite street improvement plans. NorthStar Engineering also completed the construction staking of both the on-site and off-site improvements.
