We believe that as the people of NorthStar develop, there is a natural progression to higher levels of performance and professionalism of our team members.

Chico is known as a welcoming town that values a comfortable quality of life and maintains a special sense of community and small-town living as it has developed into a vibrant regional center for business, recreation and cultural activities.
Bidwell Park one of the largest urban parks in the nation with 3,670 acres to explore. It is the focal point of Chico’s park system and offers numerous trails for biking, hiking and educational use.
Chico is also a energetic college town. From the CSU, Chico campus to the charming historic downtown, Chico is a place Chico State Wildcats and Butte College Roadrunners have come to love. The city is also home of the Sierra Nevada Brewery!
